Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as personal care products, customized products, and other hygiene-related items, may not be eligible for return.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.
