Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products, including personal care items and customized products, may not be eligible for return for hygiene or safety reasons.
